That’s right, if you are looking for the type of women who are likely to have sex with you, chose women with wide hips.
No, this is not the commonly known “waist to hip ratio”; I’m talking about the width of a woman’s hips.
Hip Width and Sexual Behavior Study
Studies by the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom found that women with wider hips (14.2 inches or more between the pelvis bones) are more likely to have had a higher number of sexual partners than women with hips under 12.2 inches.
Take note; 75% of those encounters were one night stands!
The study into whether hip width or waist-to-hip ratio was a better predictor of a woman’s sexual behavior was conducted among 148 women aged between 18 and 26 years old. The participants all had at least one sexual partner previously and also completed a questionnaire about their sexual histories.

OK, seriously, the trend is believe to be evolutionary; the researchers suspect that women with wider hips are more likely to engage in sex because the birth process is generally easier and less traumatic for them than for smaller hipped women.
Limitations On Study
Some people are skeptical of the study due to the small sample size and I agree. I’ve read enough studies to know that 148 people isn’t really a conclusive amount but I don’t think this should stop you.
A noted anthropologist from New Mexico State University, Wenda Trevathan, said “In order for this to really be supported, somebody has got to test this same kind of thing in a lot of populations”.
Get Out Meet Wide Hipped Women
Now you know. When you are looking for a woman to date, look for women with wide hips. The study may not be really conclusive yet but hell, what do you have to lose?
No, don’t bring a measuring tape. Use your table as a clue. If the woman is half as wide as the table the odds are in your favor.
So, if you are at a bar, and see she meets that criteria, take a chance. The risk is well worth the reward.
